Choir conducting is my passion!

I wanted to become a conductor when I was very young. Five years of music-studying piano at the Conservatoire National de Région de Paris gave me a solid musical education. I learnt to listen, to be demanding in my work and to be able to express my emotions.

But the desire to practice music with others never left me and it is choral singing that will enable me to find my place as a choir conductor.  I studied in various choirs and in 2005 I founded Terpsichore, a vocal ensemble of 20 singers.

The company and its challenges

Parallel to my musical practice, my studies at the Dauphine University in Paris and then ESCP Europe School of Management introduced me to the business world. My professional career enables me to discover the challenges of the business world.

First of all at the Opéra National de Paris, where in 1997, I became the chief of staff of the principal conductor (always the conductor!), the American James Conlon. Seven years at the artistic heart of one of the most beautiful opera houses in the world!

Marriage, children, my life evolves. After a master’s degree in communication at CELSA Paris Sorbonne, the next step was internal communication within a major telecoms company: the Orange Group.

France Telecom Orange has just gone through an unprecedented social crisis and is launching a company choir programme to recreate links between its employees and restore pride in belonging to the company.

I then discovered the power of singing in the workplace, particularly for stressed teams who are unable to work together. During all these years, I myself enjoyed the relaxation of singing with colleagues, the pleasure of getting to know them in a different way, beyond words, in order to build a quality musical programme together.

I have had the chance to live unforgettable experiences that have changed the atmosphere of the company: concerts that I conduct at Orange headquarters, concerts at the Châtelet with all the Orange choirs, at the Philharmonie de Paris with choirs from other companies.

Choral and Company

In September 2019, we move to Luxembourg. In 2020, “Choral and Company” is born.

The moment in my turn to make large companies benefit from all the richness of the company choir.

Always with the 3 key words that guide my action:

joy: the joy of singing, of feeling emotions

conviviality: the constant pleasure of getting together to sing together

love of a job well done: thanks to quality work, offering everyone pride in what we have built together

So, are you ready to give it a try?
